Alcohol Duty Increases

The Chancellor has announced an increase in duty on still & sparkling wine which will come into effect for IPP customers on 12/02/2019.

The rates have risen with inflation at a rate of 3.1% – calculated using the RPI estimate from October 2018 provided by the Office of Budget Responsibility.

This means;

Please note: all duty levels vary according to bottle size and alcohol strength.

If this change has affected your prices as an IPP customer, you should have received a letter by email.
