We are an established successful company based in Littlehampton. Due to expansion we are looking for a Lead Generator/ Sales executive to join our sales office.

Working hours to be covered are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm on a F/T or P/T pro rata basis

The Role:

  • You will be an ambitious, target-driven Lead Generator with proven outbound telephone and Sales experience.
  • Responsible for making outbound calls daily
  • To work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
  • To convert the calls to new business leads
  • To gap sell and upsell to existing customers

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Essential: Previous telemarketing experience in appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B B2C environment)
  • Essential: Motivated and target driven
  • Essential: Excellent rapport building skills
  • Essential: Successful candidates must be able to work under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be well organised with a determined attitude.
  • Essential: Basic Microsoft office/computer skills
  • Desirable: Previous experience within a Foodservice environment
